Pursuit Relay

Description: Pursuit relay with two teams. The objective is to catch up with the other team. Players run with the ball for a complete lap and then hand over the ball to the next player in line. After completing the lap, the player moves to the back of the line to wait for their next turn. The drill can also be performed without a ball.
Coaching key points: Controlled dribbling and turns.
Key questions: How can you dribble the ball quickly but in a controlled manner?
