How do I request early access?
Email guys@coachtruly.com. Tell us whether you need Pro access for yourself or Club access for your club, and how many users would take part.
What is included in early access?
Teams and rosters, practices, matches and meetings, recurring events, responses, deadlines, guardian access, and automatic reminders.
Can a guardian respond for a player?
Yes. A guardian is linked to a player, sees that player's events, and can answer in or out on their behalf.
Does everyone need their own account?
Coaches, players, and guardians use their own accounts. This keeps responses and permissions tied to the correct person.
Is the team calendar included in Free?
No. Pro gives one coach access to the team calendar, while Club brings it to every coach in the club. Early access is arranged separately by email.
How is player and guardian data handled?
The club is responsible for the team data it enters. CoachTruly processes that data for the club under the terms and privacy policy.
