Terms of Service

Content Guidelines

CoachTruly permits the use of users' public exercises and workouts for service development. However, users bear responsibility for their shared content. The platform prohibits:

• Violating others' honor or privacy
• Sharing surnames, contact information, or location details without authorization
• Publishing material lacking proper rights
• Advertising events, products, or political content

Sharing personal data may violate regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Inappropriate content can be reported to administrators at guys@coachtruly.com.

Cancellations and Refunds

If the user decides to cancel the subscription during an already paid subscription period, the paid amount will not be refunded. Users retain access until their current period expires.

Account Termination

CoachTruly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated posting of prohibited content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
