Two separate responsibilities
The club as controller
The club decides how player, guardian, team, and attendance data is used. Wingmen Oy processes that data on the club's instructions.
How data is protected
Encrypted network traffic
Traffic between the browser and the service is encrypted.
Restricted production access
Only Wingmen Oy staff whose work requires it can reach production data.
Protected credentials
Passwords are stored in protected form. The database sits behind a firewall and access controls.
Team-data separation
One club cannot see another club's player or guardian data. Roles restrict who can see contact details.
Where data is handled
Germany
The application and database run in a Hosteurope data centre in Germany.
Stockholm
Images and backups are stored in the Amazon Web Services Stockholm region.
Other service providers
Payments, email, error monitoring, and limited internal alerts use the providers named in the privacy policy.
Limits around children and team data
Team data is not used for marketing, product analytics, or AI model input. Team managers see the contact details their role requires. A guardian sees only the team linked to their child.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. Deleted personal data leaves rotating backups within 24 months. A club can remove a member and their team data after a subscription ends.
Questions, requests, and security reports
Write to info@wingmen.fi about privacy or security. If a request concerns team data entered by a club, contact the club first. We help the club carry out the request.
