1. Player positioning:
There is one player at each cone.
One player is positioned in the middle of the area.
2. Drill progression:
The drill begins when the player at the cone passes to the player in the middle.
The center player returns the ball to the same player, but to the other side of the cone.
The player who received the pass continues the play by passing the ball to the player at the next cone.
The same pattern is repeated at each cone.
