Description
Create two opposite gates e.g. five meters apart (the longer the distance, the more difficult). Variations: 1. passes back and forth with one or two touches always through the gate 2. receiving the pass with the outside of the foot with first touch to the side of the gate (see picture), after which pass through the opponent's gate 3. receiving the pass with the inside of the foot to the side of the gate and return pass through the gate
