Description
1. The exercise starts from a corner where there are two players (red). 2. The player with the ball passes to another corner (to blue). 3. The player who passed (red) immediately starts pressing the receiver (blue) by running and simultaneously changes position in the square. 4. The blue player tries to control the ball in a way that allows them to quickly pass to the next player (black) and thus avoid the pressing from the red player. 5. The blue player now takes their turn to press toward the black player.
