Description

Players are divided into four lines, two facing each other on one side of the area and two on the other side.

The drill proceeds as follows:



  • The player passes the ball to the opposite side into the other line.
  • Immediately after the pass they move crossways to the other line on their own starting side.
  • The receiver does the same: receives, passes and moves after the pass.

During the cross movement, different movement types are used, such as:



  • Normal run
  • Lateral movement
  • Cross step
  • High knees run
