Description
  1. The drill starts with a pass from the blue player to the midfielder (black) in front of them.
  2. The midfielder turns and passes diagonally to the target player (red). The target player returns the pass and runs around their cone. The midfielder plays a wall pass to the other side of the cone into the target player's run.
  3. The target player (red) dribbles the ball to the starting point for the next round.

The drill runs with two balls, keeping passive time to a minimum. The timing of passes and movements is crucial.
