Heading drill with three players

Description: Players position themselves in a triangle. The starting player in black has the ball in hands and throws it to the yellow player, who heads the ball to the red player. Red now takes the ball in hands and throws it to black, who heads it to yellow. Remember to change direction occasionally.
Coaching key points: Successful heading direction to teammate.
Key questions: Which part of the head do you use for heading? How do you direct the header to your desired target?
