Four-zone 5v5
Game
- Description
- 5v5 small-sided game with goals. Before scoring, the ball must visit all four zones (the field is divided into four parts). When the defending team wins possession, they have five seconds to score. If no goal is scored within five seconds, the ball must again visit all four zones before a new scoring attempt. When the ball goes out of bounds or a goal is scored, the coach puts a contested ball in the air.

- Attackers spread the play and look for passing opportunities. Defenders try to block passing lanes and guide the play into desired areas.
- Key questions
- How does the team spread the play and utilize all four zones? How can the defending team close passing lanes and force the opponent into difficult decisions? What does the 2nd attacker / 2nd defender do?
