Players are divided into four different areas. The drill begins with players passing freely within their own area, using one or two touches.
When the coach shouts a specific area color, the players from that area leave their balls and start pressing to win the balls from the other areas. For example, if the coach shouts "Blue!", the blue area players move to press in other areas, one per area.
If a blue player manages to win the ball from, for example, the yellow area players, they immediately move to help their blue teammates with pressing in the next area. The drill continues until all balls have been won.
