Description
1. Start: The end player passes to the player positioned in the center. 2. Wall Pass: The center player returns the ball to the end player with a wall pass. 3. Switching play to the wide player: The end player passes to the player positioned higher up on the flank. 4. Pass to the scoring zone: The wide player passes to the center player, who has moved up into a shooting position. 5. Finishing: The center player finishes with a shot on goal. On the other side, the exercise is mirrored. The exercise can be modified by creating predetermined gates through which the passes must go to reach desired areas.
Quality factors
Practice of wall passes and quick ball movement. Finishing with a moving ball coming from the side. Active playing posture.
