Final game with widening and narrowing

Description: Can be played with 5v5 and 8v8 formats. Two teams play a final game where the team in possession must have one player on each wing channel. The defending team must have all players concentrated in the central channels. Simply put, attack wide and defend compact.
Coaching key points: Open fist, closed fist --> when attacking spread wide, when defending compress
Progression: What do we do when the team gains possession? --> widen What do we do when the opponent has the ball? --> compress
