Divide players into multiple teams. Set up marked boundaries at e.g. 5, 10 and 15 meter distances from the starting position.
The players' task is to run and fetch one ball at a time and carry the ball to the "home" line. After the first player has collected all balls to the "home" line, the next player takes them back and the next one fetches them again, etc. The fastest team wins, but the balls must be on the line and finally the queue must be straight.
The drill can also be performed without a ball, e.g. players touch the marked line with their hand.

Endurance: Repeated sprinting and ball carrying require good anaerobic endurance.
