- Description
- Create goal areas at both ends of the field. The aim is to play the ball into the end zone with a pass, but the receiving player cannot be waiting in the area ready for the pass. After a goal is scored, the fastest player to retrieve the ball from the sideline continues the game.

- Passing accuracy and timing – The exercise focuses on players' ability to pass accurately and time passes correctly to get the ball into the end zone.
- Key questions
- Coach players to move actively and use the field space effectively. The player must be ready to move toward the end zone, but cannot passively wait for the pass.
