1. Each player gets a colored bib (e.g., red, blue, green, yellow).
2. Everyone has a ball, and players dribble freely on the field.
3. The coach calls out one color, e.g., "Red!"
4. All players with that color become taggers, leave their balls in place, and try to steal balls from others.
5. If a player loses their ball, they perform a small task (e.g., 5 squats) and join the tagger team.
6. The game continues until all balls are lost or the coach calls a new color.
For an additional challenge, the coach can call out two colors.
