A version of the classic musical chairs game, but with a ball and circles. Music can be played and when the music stops, players need to find a circle for themselves as quickly as possible. It can also be done so that the coach shouts/shows an agreed signal when players need to find a circle. The player who remains without a circle is eliminated from the game and moves slightly to the side to juggle the ball. One circle is removed.
Quality factors
Players practice quick reaction based on the music or coach's signal. They need to quickly decide which circle to go to and move quickly towards it.
The drill develops players' movement speed, agility and balance as they try to reach a circle before other players.
Observation.
