Breaking through the lines

Breaking through the lines
Description
The field area is divided into three zones. The purpose is to play the ball through the central zone to the other side. The central players cannot leave the central zone but cover passing lanes. If the red players in the middle succeed in intercepting the blue pair's pass, the red players play the ball to the yellow players, and the blue players move to the central zone to intercept passes. Can be played with two players per line or more players can be added.
Quality factors
Quality factors for end players: Players must move opponents and open passing lanes. Players should continuously seek new positions to offer options. Quality factors for central players: Passing shadow – positioning to cover passing lanes. Active work in defensive stance: knees bent, center of gravity low, ready to react. Anticipatory movement – reading where the pass is attempted to be played.
Key questions
Key questions for end players: How do I find an open passing lane through the central zone? Did I move actively to create new passing options? Did I immediately offer a playable option? Key questions for players defending in the central area: Was my positioning correct to cover passing lanes? Was I able to anticipate and intercept passes?
