Players are divided into three teams of two players each. One team per half of the field and one team at the center line. Goalkeepers are always on the side of their own half's defenders.
Play starts with a pass from the coach to the center line team (red). The team then decides their attacking direction, e.g., towards the black players' goal. After scoring a goal, the red players return to the center, where the coach plays them a new ball and the attacking direction now changes towards the blue players' goal. If the black players had prevented the goal, they move to the center, receive a pass from the coach, and attack towards the blue goal.
Quality factors
Cooperation and movement – Support and runs by the player without the ball, e.g., utilizing width or cutting movements.
Winning 1v1 situations – Challenging and finishing in attacking situations.
