Scoring
- Description
- Drill: 2v1 Three lines and the first player from each line starts moving. The wide players are attackers and the middle one is a defender. The situation begins with a goalkeeper's pass to the defender in the middle. The defender passes to the attacker on the wing (red) and quickly moves to defend. Two attackers (red) aim to score quickly. If the defender wins the ball or the goalkeeper saves it, the defending team can transition and attack the other end. Rotate lines after each repetition.
- Quality factors
- Attackers' movement immediately after the pass, so the defender doesn't have time to react and prevent a goal. Cooperation between attackers regarding movements and passes. Pass or dribble?
- Key questions
- How do the attackers utilize the numerical advantage? Does the second attacker move at the right time to support the player with the ball? Is the positioning of the attackers optimal for passing and shooting options? How does the defender guide the attack toward a more difficult direction? When does the defender attempt to intercept and when does he guide the attacker to a shooting position?
