Description: The drill starts with the red player passing to the blue player, after which the blue player attacks towards the goals at the red player's end. The red player defends their end's goals and when winning the ball tries to score in the goals at the blue end. After the performance, players change lines.
Quality factors: Recognizing empty space, feints, reacting when role changes
Key questions: How do you decide which goal to attempt to score in? How do you get past the opponent?
