Passing in pairs with one player backing up
© CoachTruly.com
Description
Players work in pairs, positioning themselves facing each other about 2 meters apart. The blue player passes the ball to the black player, who returns it with one touch. At the same time, the blue player moves forward and the black player backs up, both staying in continuous movement. The passing play continues with one touch all the way to the end of the area. At the end, roles switch: the black player starts moving forward and the blue player backs up.
Quality factors
