In this drill there are three players who execute a continuous passing pattern. The long pass should be played in the air.
Drill sequence:
1. Player A makes a short pass of a few meters, accurately to the feet of the middle player (player B).
2. Player B returns the ball with one touch back to player A.
3. Player A delivers a long and controlled pass to the other side to player C.
4. Player C now performs the same pattern on the other side: short pass to player B, who returns it, after which a long pass back to player A.
5. The drill continues with the same pattern.
