Description

Mark out an area of about 20 x 20 meters and place goals at opposite ends. Each goal has a goalkeeper. Split the eight outfield players into two teams and give each player their own ball and a number from one to eight. Each team shoots at a different goal.

The players dribble their balls around the area. When the coach calls a number, that player shoots immediately in their own team's attacking direction. The others keep dribbling and keep the shooting lane clear. The shooter retrieves their ball when the goalkeeper is ready and returns to the area. The next number is called only once the previous action has finished. Switch attacking directions and take a break every few minutes.

In the second phase of the drill, the nearest opponent may try to disturb the shot. At the same time, they must keep control of their own ball.
