Mark out an area of about 15 x 10 meters, divide it into two halves and place a goal at each end. Both goals have a goalkeeper. Each team has three outfield players in their own half and one pivot in the opponent's half. Players stay in their own halves.
Play with one ball. The goalkeeper starts play from their own half. The three players look for space to shoot through passing while one opponent presses. Shots are also allowed from your own half. The pivot can receive a pass and finish. After a turnover, the opponent attacks the other goal immediately. After the ball goes out of play, play restarts from the opposing goalkeeper; after a goal, from the goalkeeper who conceded. For example, play in two-minute rounds and rotate the pivot role.
In the second phase of the drill, the player who passed to the pivot may cross the halfway line to support the attack. He returns to his own half once the attack has ended.
