Set up two identical small squares. Mark the corners of each square with four different colors, in the same positions in both squares. In front of each square, about five meters away, set up a gate made of two white cones. Set up a second gate made of two red cones about ten meters away. The player runs between the two cones of the gate. Divide the six players into two lines of three players. The first player in each line stands in the middle of the square. No balls are needed.
The coach calls out the color of one corner cone. The player touches the correct cone with their foot and accelerates through the white gate. The player who completes the correct task first earns a point for their team. After the repetition, the players walk around the outside to the back of the line. The next players step into the middle. Allow recovery time between repetitions and take a break after a few rounds.
In the second phase of the drill, the coach calls out two colors. The player touches the cones in the called order and accelerates through the red gate.
