Description

Divide the whole futsal court into three horizontal zones. Both goals have a goalkeeper. There are two attackers in the middle zone. In each end zone there is one attacker from the same team and three defenders.

The pair in the middle zone pass diagonally to each other and choose which goal to attack. The pair try to play a pass to the attacker in the chosen end zone. When the pass is successful, both middle zone players are allowed to move into the end zone. The situation is played as a 3v3 to score. The players in the other end zone stay in their positions.

Rotation: the attack ends with a goal, the ball going out of play or a defender winning the ball. After that, the pair in the middle zone return to their positions and the coach gives them a new ball. Rotate the middle zone players, the end zone attackers and the defenders every few attacks.

In the second phase of the drill, the attacker in the opposite end zone is also allowed to join the attack when the pass to the chosen end zone is successful. This creates a 4v3 situation in the end zone.
