Use the whole futsal court and two goalkeepers. The attack is initially played in one half of the court, four against four. The defenders set up in a diamond: one at the front, two on the sides, and one behind them. The attacking team's deepest player (the fixo) starts with the ball near the halfway line.
The attackers try to create a shooting opportunity. The defenders force the ball to the touchline, press the receiver, and cover the passing lanes toward the goal. After a goal or a turnover, the attackers drop back into their own half and set up in a diamond. The opponents are allowed to organize their new attack calmly, starting from their deepest player. After the ball goes out of play, the team that receives the ball restarts in the same way. Play rounds of a few minutes and rotate the roles in the diamond.
In the second phase of the drill, the team that wins the ball may attack the other goal immediately. The team that lost the ball forms the diamond on the move.
