Sub-processors

This page lists the companies that handle data on behalf of Wingmen Oy when a club uses the team features of the service. It belongs to the Data Processing Terms. A club that uses the team features gives general authorisation to the sub-processors below.

Sub-processors for team data

These providers can come into contact with players', guardians' and coaches' data.

  • Hosteurope GmbH, Germany: Server hosting for the application and the database. Safeguard: Within the EU.
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Sweden: Image files and encrypted backups (S3, Stockholm region). Safeguard: Within the EU.
  • Intuit Inc. (Mailchimp Transactional, "Mandrill"), United States: Delivery of the emails the service sends: invitations, event notices, reminders. Safeguard: EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Functional Software Inc. (Sentry), EU data region in Germany: Error monitoring. Personal data is removed before an error report is sent. Safeguard: Data stays in the EU region; the provider is a US company bound by EU standard contractual clauses.

Providers that never receive team data

We use these for our own business. No player, guardian or team data is sent to them.

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland: Subscription payments.
  • Slack Technologies, United States: Internal alerts about subscriptions and feedback, carrying the coach's name and email.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland, Ireland: A signup event when a coach arrives from a Facebook or Instagram advert, without name or email.
  • Anthropic PBC, United States: Machine translation of drills and session plans.
  • Umami (run by Wingmen Oy on its own server), Wingmen Oy: Cookieless, aggregate page statistics. No personal data is retained.

Changes

We tell each club's data protection contact at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles team data. The club may object on reasonable grounds within that period, as set out in section 7 of the Data Processing Terms. This page is the current list.
