Description

Played in a half rink to one goal, with a goalkeeper in the goal. The lines are set up at the center line, one on the top side and one on the bottom side, with the balls at the bottom side line. One player stands in the top corner.

The first player in the bottom side line carries the ball to the middle and passes to the first player in the top side line, who passes it back. The passer then passes to the corner player and moves to in front of the goal on the top side. The corner player passes to him, and he takes a shot.

Rotation: the shooter stays in the top corner, the corner player goes to the top side line, and the top side passer goes to the bottom side line. Switch sides every few minutes.

In the second phase of the drill, the corner player can choose: pass in front of the goal or take the shot himself.
