Description

Played in half a rink into one goal, with a goalkeeper in the goal. One player stands at the center line on the upper-boards side, and one at the center line on the lower-boards side. The line is in the upper corner. In the lower corner is a feeder with balls.

The first player in line moves to the middle and receives a pass from the lower corner. He passes diagonally to the player at the lower-boards center line, who returns the ball to him. He then passes to the lower corner and moves toward the front of the goal. The lower corner player passes to him, and he takes a shot.

Rotation: the shooter stays in the lower corner as the new feeder, and the lower corner feeder rotates behind the goal to the line in the upper corner. The center line players are rotated every few minutes.

In the second phase of the drill, all passes are made with one touch.
