Description

Played in a half rink into one goal, with a goalkeeper in the goal. Played in groups of three players. The first player starts with the ball in the center circle, the second player is at the center line on the near side, and the third player is in the bottom corner.

The player in the center circle plays a diagonal pass into the bottom corner and starts running diagonally toward the shooting spot. At the same time, the player at the center line runs along the near side boards to about the halfway point. The corner player passes to him, and he passes to the player arriving at the shooting spot, who takes the shot.

Rotation: the shooter moves to the center line, the center line player moves to the corner, and the corner player moves to the center circle. Switch sides every few minutes.

In the second phase of the drill, the corner player first plays a give-and-go pass with the player coming from the center circle, and only then passes to the boards.
