Play in a half rink into one goal, with a goalkeeper in net. The passers' line is next to the goal in one corner, with balls next to the line. The shooters' line is in the other corner.
The first player in the shooters' line sets off on a curved route and turns toward the goal into the shooting spot in front of the net. The passer feeds the ball into the shooter's path, and the shooter finishes with a one-touch shot. The next shooter sets off once the previous one has shot.
Rotation: the shooter goes to the passers' line, and the passer goes to the shooters' line. The lines switch corners every few minutes.
In the second phase of the drill, players shoot directly off the pass.

- When do you need to start your curved route so that you arrive at the shooting spot at the same time as the ball? Which part of the goal should you aim for when the goalkeeper shifts position with the pass?
