Terms of Service

Who this agreement is between

The service is provided by Wingmen Oy (business ID FI25215542). The agreement is between Wingmen Oy and whoever takes the service into use. If you take it into use on behalf of a club, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that club to these terms. If there is no registered club or company behind it, you accept these terms in your own name.

Content rules

CoachTruly may use public drills created by users to develop the service. Pro and Club subscribers can opt out of this. Users are responsible for the content they share. The following are not allowed:

• Harming another person's reputation or privacy
• Sharing surnames, contact details or location data without permission
• Publishing material without the proper rights
• Advertising events, products or political content

Sharing personal data may breach the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Team data and data protection

This section covers teams, the event calendar and attendance.

Roles. When you enter another person's data into the service, your club is the controller of that data and Wingmen Oy is the processor. If no registered club or company stands behind the team, the person who activated the team features is the controller in their own name. We process it only on the club's instructions. The terms of that processing are set out in the Data Processing Terms, which form part of this agreement. A club accepts them in the service before adding its first person. Ask info@wingmen.fi for a signed copy.

Your responsibility. When you add a player, a guardian or a staff member, you confirm that

• you are entitled to handle this data on the club's behalf
• there is a lawful basis for the processing
• the person, or their guardian, has been told what the data is used for
• the data is accurate and kept up to date

Collect only what you need. Enter only the data your activity actually requires. Do not put health information, injuries, diets, diagnoses or other sensitive details into free text fields. The service is not built to handle them.

Minors. Much of the data entered here is about children. A child under 13 should not be given their own sign-in without a guardian.

Deletion. You can remove a person and their data at any time. Deletion also works after a subscription has ended.

Contact point. Give us an email address where we can send data protection notices, and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

If you cancel during a subscription period you have already paid for, the amount paid is not refunded. You keep access to the service until the end of the current period.

Closing an account

CoachTruly may close or restrict accounts that repeatedly breach these terms. We may also restrict the team features if the club or contact details entered in the service are incorrect or invented. Deleting data remains possible while a restriction is in place.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the six months before the event causing the damage. This limit does not apply to damage we caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and it does not apply where mandatory law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We tell signed-in users about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Finnish law applies to this agreement. Disputes are heard by the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
